Booking Deposit & Full Payment

A 25% booking deposit is required within two weeks of the initial booking. This will convert a provisional booking into confirmed status.

Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period to Secure the Booking.

Security Deposit

At time of confirming the booking a damage deposit of €600 is required.

At the end of your Rental Period, after payment of any necessary costs, the balance of your Security Deposit will be repaid to you within 28 days of the end of the rental period.

Cancellation Policy

If more than 8 weeks prior to the start date of your Rental Period, the Owners will refund the Rent you have already paid.

If between 8 and 6 weeks prior to the start date of your Rental Period, the Owners will refund 50% of the full rent you have already paid.

If less than 6 weeks prior to the start of your Rental Period, the Owners will retain the full amount of the Rent already paid by you

Any Security Deposit you have paid will be refunded to you.

Smoking

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property. Ashtrays must be used in the garden. Please do not throw cigarette butts in the garden.

Dispose of them safely.

Pets

We are happy to allow dogs at the property and there is a cage in the pantry however:

1. Dogs have to be pre-approved prior to booking.

2. They must be house trained and mess must be cleaned up in the garden.

3. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or upstairs.

Heating Surcharge

If the property is booked between November and April a surcharge for heating will apply of €250 per week.
